Mitgestaltung beim Aufbau der Affalterbacher Racing GmbH
Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für das jeweilige Fachgebiet
Aktive Mitarbeit bei konzeptionellen und technischen Kundensport Aktivitäten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsbereichen, Schnittstellen und Dienstleistern

Anforderungen:

Idealerweise mehrjährige praktische Erfahrungen im Motorsport- und Automotivumfeld
Leidenschaft für Motorsport und Rennfahrzeugtechnik
Sicheres Auftreten und eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
Hoher Grad an Eigeninitiative und Lösungsorientierung

Die Affalterbach Racing GmbH (AFB) ist eine hundertprozentige Tochter der Mercedes-AMG GmbH. Das Unternehmen, mit Sitz in Affalterbach und somit auch infrastrukturell eng mit der Mercedes-AMG GmbH verbunden, wurde 2024 gegründet. Als innovativer Entwicklungsdienstleister betreut die AFB alle konzeptionellen und technischen Kundensport-Aktivitäten von Mercedes-AMG, mit speziellem Fokus auf die Entwicklung der nächsten GT-Rennwagen Generation.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Participation in the development of Affalterbacher Racing GmbH
Overall responsibility for the respective specialist area
Active involvement in conceptual and technical customer sport activities
Close cooperation with development departments, interfaces and service providers

Requirements:

Preferably several years of practical experience in the motorsport and automotive environment
Passion for motorsport and racing vehicle technology
Confident demeanour and strong ability to work in a team
High degree of initiative and focus on solutions
