Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

(Teil-)Projektleitung von anspruchsvollen Projekten im Bereich der Automobilindustrie
Identifikation, Evaluierung und Integration sowie Carve-in von neuen innovativen Technologien und Produkten
Carve-In von Bestandssystemen in die neu aufzubauende IT-Landschaft
Erarbeitung sowie Bewertung von Fach- und IT-Konzepten, Einplanung und Steuerung der Implementierung u.a. mit agilen Methoden
IT- und Prozess-Consulting bei der Neugestaltung oder Optimierung von Prozessen und Methoden
Wahrnehmung der Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen den Fachbereichen und der Geschäftsleitung
Beauftragung und Steuerung von externen IT-Dienstleistern

Anforderungen:

Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) der Informatik oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
IT-Allround Talent, ausgeprägte hands-on Mentalität
Ausgeprägte Kompetenz in Projektmanagement
Praktische Kenntnisse im Aufbau neuer Infrastrukturen und Systeme (Cloud und on-Prem), in komplexen Systemumgebungen, Web-Anwendungen, Softwareentwicklungsumgebungen, Automotiveanwendungen (bspw. Siemens NX, Catia, ...), Testumgebungen für Fahrzeuge
IT-Security Kompetenz
Erfahrungen im operativen IT-Betrieb (Clients, Softwareinstallation/-paketierung), Medien- und Kommunikationstechnik
Erfahrungen im Betrieb von kleinen oder mittleren Rechenzentren
Erfahrungen in der Steuerung von Dienstleistern und externen Projektmitarbeitern
Fähigkeit zur Vermittlung von technischen Konzepten sowohl an technische als auch nicht-technische Stakeholder aller Hierarchiestufen
Sprachen: Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch fließend

Tasks and Responsibilities

ITMercePartial) project management of demanding projects in the automotive industry
Identification, evaluation, and integration as well as carve-in of new innovative technologies and products
Carve-in of legacy systems into the newly established IT landscape
Development and assessment of specialist and IT concepts, planning and controlling the implementation, including with agile methods
IT and process consulting for the redesign or optimization of processes and methods
Acting as a liaison between the specialist departments and management
Commissioning and management of external IT service providers

Requirements:

Completed degree (University/University of Applied Sciences) in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
IT all-round talent with a pronounced hands-on mentality
Strong competence in project management
Practical knowledge in building new infrastructures and systems (Cloud and on-premises), in complex system environments, web applications, software development environments, automotive applications (e.g., Siemens NX, Catia, ...), testing environments for vehicles
IT security competence
Experience in operational IT operations (clients, software installation/packaging), media and communication technology
Experience in operating small or medium-sized data centers
Experience in managing service providers and external project collaborators
Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders at all hierarchical levels
Languages: German fluent, English proficient
